RM Impact — AI-GTM Layer for the German Mittelstand

AI-GTM layer for the German Mittelstand.

WHAT WE WANT

More customers, better served — with the team that's already in the room.

The next leg of growth in the German Mittelstand rarely comes from adding headcount — and rarely from yet another piece of software in the IT landscape. It comes from better operations where revenue is actually generated:

  • 01 Efficiency More time on value-creating work — less on search and coordination.
  • 02 Knowledge Available at the right moment — instead of sitting unused in systems.
  • 03 Quality Systemically embedded in the organisation — not depending on individual talent.

In this picture, AI is not a finished product you buy. It's a lever — and it only works where it addresses a real operational gap, and where the skills, pace and domain understanding to operationalise it can be brought to bear, which is rarely the case in-house in the Mittelstand. The interesting question is therefore rarely “whether AI” — but where, how, and with what commitment.

That is our contribution: we develop and roll out AI solutions that don't come off the shelf, but are tailored to each organisation — built as working systems and embedded into the daily routine, together with the team that has to work with it. No slide architectures, but systems that work alongside people from day one. For this we bring together three lines that rarely live in one pair of hands: years of experience in building and operationally running sales and GTM organisations, lived practice in transforming operating models, and hands-on AI work as active practitioners.

APPROACH

Three disciplines, one lever.

§ A · GO-TO-MARKET

GTM End-to-End

We know sales and GTM from both sides — as buyer and as vendor. From the decision logic of a board to the daily reality of a sales rep. We translate the hypothesis of a new lever into a sales approach that holds up in everyday business. From first diagnosis to measurable revenue.

§ B · TRANSFORMATION

Operational change

We know how sales organisations actually change — and where most programmes fail. We build with the team that has to live the change, not for a consulting deck. Process, systems, data and people are tackled together, not in silos.

§ C · AI

Knowledge that works in everyday operations

The biggest obstacle today is rarely missing data — it's knowledge that stays scattered across systems, documents and people's heads, and doesn't reach the moment where it matters. We build the layer that connects your systems, your knowledge and your everyday work — context-aware, with reasoning of its own, usable in everyday operations. Slide architectures become systems that work alongside people — not just get looked at.

FOUNDERS

Ramin Mirza

Co-Founder

17+ years in sales and GTM in the software industry at IBM, SAP and Google — with revenue ownership from 5M to 900M EUR. As Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) at Aleph Alpha he sold AI foundation models to large enterprises and governments, learning first-hand how sales evolves in the AI era. Today he leads SAP's Business Transformation Management for Central and Eastern Europe and therefore knows the DACH Mittelstand from the buyer side as well. This combination of large-account sales, AI practice and Mittelstand transformation is the foundation for how we think about the AI lever at RM Impact.

Rouven Morato

Co-Founder

Operationally led the growth of SAP's acquisitions Signavio, LeanIX and WalkMe from scaling company to enterprise scale — and knows first-hand what makes a technology-driven sales organisation work in fast growth. In parallel, accompanied numerous large enterprise customers through complex transformation programmes — with the lived lesson that buying a piece of software doesn't equal transformation. Today an active AI practitioner, bringing these three lines together at RM Impact for the German Mittelstand.
